High precision and lightweight expanded mesh nickel is a durable material with a beautiful appearance. It is used for chemical processing and energy-saving operations. Expanded nickel metal foil has been proven to be used as an electrode in various batteries and electrochemical applications. We take special measures to produce nickel mesh with a smooth surface. It is delivered in the form of coils and cut into a certain size of board.

 

Nickel mesh is used for collecting anode current; It comes in two types: nickel expansion foil and nickel wire mesh. They all have high resistance to strong acids such as phosphorus trichloride, phosphorus oxychloride, and benzoyl chloride. They are most suitable for fuel cell operations, such as serving as nickel compartments/nickel hydrogen/lithium-ion battery electrodes.

 

Nickel expansion foil is made by symmetrically cutting and stretching nickel sheets to create diamond shaped openings. This type of expansion net avoids the current problem that usually occurs in woven metal wire mesh.
