They are made by layer a substratum, such as a pure titanium plate or increased mesh, with a number of type of metal oxides.The area of the mesh is 1.2 x2.5m or even more than that of the equivalent strong plate electrode.MMO anodes of electrolyzer in industrial applications and it can be used as the cathodic protection mesh for concrete, pipe and other building material.

Wind Turbine


Carbon fiber materials have been the main materials for wind turbine blade manufacture.As the ideal material for Blade of Wind Turbine Lightning Strike Protection, when struck by lightning, an unprotected wind blade experiences an electric arc from the point of contact through conductive components to the root of the structure, and parts may reach temperatures of up to 30,000 degree and possibly cause the blade exploded.

Filter

Its function is to filter the molten material flow and increase the resistance of the material flow, so as to filter the mechanical impurities and improve the mixing or plasticizing effect.

Lightning Strike Protection


Carbon fiber composite materials have been the main materials for aircraft manufacture. But the composite material is a poor conductor of the current and easy to be damaged in the lightning strikes. The damage of glass fiber blades caused by lightning attack happen a lot at the front and near edges of the blades, but there are not any protective measures for carbon fiber blades, the damage part is the main layer of bearing the load, because these parts is conducting carbon.
